Content License

Your Content

“Your Content” means text, fridge and pantry photos, dietary and allergen preferences, reference images, and other data you upload or submit to plilz.com.

Ownership

You retain all rights in Your Content.

License Granted to Us

You grant PLLZ LIMITED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, process, and transmit Your Content
• Generate AI outputs (recipes, dish images, cooking videos) from Your Content
• Cache Your Content for up to 30 days after deletion for operational and abuse-detection purposes

This license ends when you delete Your Content, except for the 30-day cache and any legally required retention.

Outputs

AI outputs generated from Your Content (“Outputs”) — including recipes, dish images, and cooking videos — belong to you, subject to:

• The Acceptable Use Policy
• Applicable law (we do not warrant Outputs are original or non-infringing)
• The rights of any third parties depicted in Your Content
• Your responsibility to verify ingredient and allergen safety before cooking, serving, or sharing any Output

Your Representations

You represent that:

• You own or have licenses for all Your Content
• Your Content does not violate privacy, IP, or publicity rights
• You have consent from any identifiable persons in Your Content

Service Improvement

Your Content is not used to train third-party foundation models. We may use anonymized and aggregated signals (error rates, usage patterns) to improve the Service. You may opt out of any internal training use in account settings.

Content Removal

Content violating the Acceptable Use Policy may be removed without notice.
