Acceptance
By using the Service at plilz.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
The Service
plilz.com provides an AI-powered service combining chat, image, and video capabilities for home cooking inspiration, including recipe suggestions, dish visualizations, and short cooking videos. Features may change.
Account
- You must be 13 or older. Users 13–17 must have guardian consent.
- You are responsible for account security.
- One account per person; no account sharing or resale.

Subscriptions and Credits
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- Credits included in a subscription reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Credits are service usage units, not currency; non-transferable, and non-refundable once consumed.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Refunds

Intellectual Property
- We own the Service, our branding, and all underlying technology.
- You retain ownership of content you upload.
- You own AI outputs you generate, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver outputs (see Content License).
AI Disclaimer
See AI Disclaimer. AI outputs, including recipe suggestions, ingredient identifications, nutrition estimates, allergen labels, and cooking instructions, are not guaranteed accurate and must be independently verified before you cook or consume anything.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime in account settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PLLZ LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to adverse health outcomes from cooking or consuming dishes based on AI-generated recipes. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at PLLZ LIMITED's registered jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
