plilz.com ("we", "our", "us"), operated by PLLZ LIMITED, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data.
Data We Collect
- Account data: email, password (hashed), display name.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Content data: text prompts, uploaded fridge and pantry photos, dietary and allergen preferences you submit, and AI-generated recipes, images, and videos.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, cookies, usage logs.
How We Use Data
- Provide and improve the Service.
- Process payments through Stripe.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal use.
- Communicate about your account.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
AI Model Training
Your content is not used to train third-party foundation models by default. We may use anonymized and aggregated signals to improve service quality. You can opt out of any internal training use in account settings.
Data Retention
- Account data: until account deletion.
- Content data: 30 days unless you save it to your account or delete earlier.
- Billing records: 7 years (tax compliance).
- Logs: 90 days.
Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EEA, UK (GDPR), or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict processing of your data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Contact support@plilz.com to exercise these rights.
International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
Children
The Service is not intended for users under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have guardian consent.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify registered users of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
