Service Delivery Policy

plilz.com is a 100% digital service. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no waiting on couriers. This policy explains exactly what we deliver, when, and how — written for transparency with our customers and our payment provider.
What You Receive
plilz.com delivers AI-generated digital outputs through a web-based Service. Your purchase grants the following:
- Subscription plans (Home Chef, Foodie Pro): recurring monthly or yearly access to the Service plus a credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing period.
- One-time credit packs (Small, Medium, Large): additional credits added to your balance, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Free Taste plan: 100 credits per month, no card required, with watermarked exports.
When Delivery Happens
- Subscriptions and credit packs: delivered instantly the moment Stripe confirms a successful payment. Your credits and subscription entitlements are visible in /app/billing within seconds. We do not batch, queue, or delay digital fulfillment.
- AI generations (chat replies, recipe cards, dish images, cooking videos): processed on demand from your /app kitchen page. Typical render times: chat replies in seconds, dish images in 10–30 seconds, cooking videos in 1–3 minutes. Video and batch jobs run asynchronously and notify you when ready.
How Delivery Works
- All outputs are delivered electronically — no email attachments, no downloads required to receive your purchase. Generated assets stream directly into your account history at /app/history.
- Cooking videos export in 9:16 MP4 (1080×1920, 30fps) by default; 16:9 horizontal export and 4K render are available on Foodie Pro.
- Dish images export as PNG (1600×1200 by default; up to 1024×1536 for plating variants).
- You can save, download, or share any output directly from the history page. Outputs do not expire while your account is active, except that uploaded fridge photos auto-delete after 30 days unless you save them.
Service Availability
The Service is offered on a 24/7 best-effort basis. We do not commit to a specific uptime SLA but monitor availability continuously. Scheduled maintenance windows, if any, will be announced in advance via email and in /app banners. If a generation fails for technical reasons on our side, the credits used are automatically refunded to your balance.
Order Confirmation & Receipts
Every successful payment triggers an automated email receipt from Stripe with your invoice number, plan or pack, amount, and tax breakdown. Receipts are also accessible at any time inside the Stripe Customer Portal, reachable from /app/billing.
Refunds & Cancellation
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In short: subscriptions can be canceled anytime and remain active until the end of the current billing period; unused credits from a one-time pack are refundable within 14 days of purchase; consumed credits are non-refundable. AI output disputes are handled by re-running the generation or granting compensatory credits at our discretion. Email support@plilz.comwith your account email and order ID and we'll respond within 5 business days.
Geographic Coverage
plilz.com is offered globally to consumers wherever Stripe processes payments and our content does not contravene local law. The Service interface is in English. Subtitle and voiceover languages currently cover English, Español, 日本語 and 简体中文.
Restrictions
plilz.com is for individual home-cooking use. The Service may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed in bulk. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited behaviors and content categories.
